Meet Lt. Roger Nalls, Cobb County Police Department

Lt. Nalls has devoted over 25 years to public service. He is a beacon of dedication and bravery at the Cobb County Police Department. Lt Nalls's journey has been nothing short of heroic. From his days as a field officer to becoming Assistant Commander of the SWAT Team and currently serving as a Homeland Security Lieutenant, he has been a pillar of strength in the community.

But now, Lt. Nalls is facing his toughest battle yet. After a triumph over a rare form of metastatic bone cancer, life threw another curveball at him this past Christmas. The cancer is back, and he's currently undergoing intensive treatment at MD Anderson Cancer Center. He successfully completed a stem cell and bone marrow transplant this July. However, the Nalls family still has a long road of recovery ahead.  This is a family who have dedicated their lives to giving back to others. Along with Roger’s service, his wife Moni is a nurse, and their son is a Sheriff’s Deputy in Paulding County.   Thank you for helping us to give back to this wonderful family!
